About Us
Helping people prepare for the disability benefits process
Our Mission
We believe that navigating disability benefits should be straightforward and accessible to everyone. Our mission is to help people organize their medical, work, and daily limitation information - and understand what may be missing - before they decide whether to apply.
We are a consumer preparation tool, not a law firm and not affiliated with the SSA. We do not predict outcomes or guarantee benefits. We help you get organized and informed.
What We Do
Readiness Screening
Our free screening tool asks guided questions about your age, work history, medical condition, and daily limitations to help you organize your information based on publicly available SSA criteria.
Optional Advocate Contact
At the end of the screening, you may choose to request contact from a participating disability advocate or representative. This is entirely optional and requires your separate, explicit consent.
Provide Information
We provide clear, accurate information about disability benefits, the application process, and what to expect when working with a representative.
Protect Your Privacy
Your information is confidential and secure. We use industry-standard encryption and never share your data without your consent.
Important Disclaimer
We are NOT affiliated with the Social Security Administration. This is a third-party screening tool operated independently.
We do NOT provide legal advice. If you need legal advice, consult with a qualified legal professional or representative.
We do NOT guarantee eligibility. Only the SSA can make final disability benefit decisions.
Our screening tool is based on publicly available SSA criteria and is designed to help you understand your situation, not to predict the outcome of your claim.
How It Works
Complete the Readiness Screening
Answer guided questions about your age, work history, medical condition, and how your condition affects your daily activities. Takes about 3–5 minutes.
Receive Your Readiness Report
Based on your answers and publicly available SSA information, you’ll receive a summary of your situation, a documentation checklist, and suggested next steps to consider.
Decide on Next Steps
Review your Readiness Report and decide what makes sense for you. You may want to gather more documentation, visit SSA.gov, or speak with a disability advocate or representative.
Optionally Request Advocate Contact
If you choose to, and only with your separate consent, you may request to be contacted by a participating disability advocate or representative to discuss your situation.
